Homebase360 Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Homebase360 affiliate program, operated by DeCesare Consulting LLC ("Homebase360", "we", "us") and managed through the Rewardful affiliate platform. By enrolling in the program you agree to these terms.

1. Enrollment

Anyone may apply to join the program through our affiliate portal at homebase360.getrewardful.com. We may accept or decline any application, and may require additional information to verify your identity or payout details. Joining the program is free.

2. Referrals and attribution

  1. On enrollment you receive a personal referral link (and, in some cases, a promo code). A referral is attributed to you when a new customer signs up after visiting through your link (tracked by a browser cookie) or by using your promo code, as recorded by the Rewardful platform.
  2. Attribution is determined by the Rewardful platform's records, which are final in the event of a dispute.
  3. Self-referrals are not permitted: you may not earn commission on your own account, an account you administer, or an account belonging to the same business.

3. Commission

  1. You earn a commission of 30% of each subscription payment made to Homebase360 by every customer you refer, for as long as that customer maintains a paid subscription.
  2. Commission is not owed on payments that are refunded, disputed, or charged back, nor on taxes, or payment-processing fees collected as part of a payment. If a commission has already been paid on such a payment, we may deduct it from future payouts.

4. Payouts

  1. A commission becomes due 45 days after the underlying customer payment. This verification period allows for refunds, disputes, and failed payments.
  2. Due commissions are paid through the payout method configured in your affiliate portal account in our monthly payout run, currently processed at the beginning of each month. Depending on when a commission becomes due, additional time may pass before it is included in the next payout run.

5. Prohibited conduct

  1. No spam or unsolicited bulk promotion of your referral link.
  2. No false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about Homebase360, its pricing, or its features.
  3. No impersonating Homebase360, registering look-alike domains, or bidding on Homebase360 brand terms in paid advertising.
  4. No fraudulent, manufactured, or incentivized signups intended to generate commission rather than genuine customers.

6. Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, and may withhold unpaid commissions obtained in violation of these terms. On termination for convenience (not for a violation), commissions properly earned before termination will be paid out in the normal payout cycle, after which no further commissions accrue.

7. Changes to the program

We may update these terms or the program's commission structure from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled affiliates (for example, by email or through the affiliate portal) and apply going forward from the date of the change; they do not retroactively reduce commissions already earned.
