Messaging Terms

Notfication Service

When you opt-in to the service and create an account, we will send you a welcome SMS message. This message includes app download links for both iOS and Android platforms, the customer care contact information (support@homebase360.io), and instructions on how to opt-out of these messages. In addition, you may receive account-related notifications, such as usage updates indicating when you're nearing your monthly email limit or encountering potential payment failures. Please note, message frequency varies based on account activity, and message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in your reply. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you can text "START" and we will turn your notifications back on.

Keywords

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" in you reply. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

We respect your privacy and the trust you place in us when you provide your mobile number. We will not sell, share, or rent your mobile number to third parties. Your mobile number will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending account-related notifications and app download links from Homebase360 via SMS.
